Items must be sealed and in the same condition as received.
We cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or altered in any way.
Non-Returnable Items:
Any products that are opened or used.
Custom or personalized items.
Items purchased on sale or during promotional events.
Return Process:
Contact Us: To initiate a return, please email us at contact@pingknoise.com with your order number and reason for return.
Approval & Return Label: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label.
Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back using the return label provided.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
