Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging.

  • Items must be sealed and in the same condition as received.

  • We cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or altered in any way.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Any products that are opened or used.

  • Custom or personalized items.

  • Items purchased on sale or during promotional events.

Return Process:

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please email us at contact@pingknoise.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Approval & Return Label: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label.

  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back using the return label provided.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
